** The Minnesota Association of Realtors has adopted a new purchase agreement as of 9/01/2010. According to the new form, buyers will now be responsible to pay title fees (abstracting/title update) that were the sellers responsibility prior to the new form. If any older purchase agreement is used then $225 of the STM fee will be charged to the Seller instead.

  • An additional fee of $75.00 will be charged for Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Endorsements
  • an additional fee of $50.00 will be charged for Balloon Endorsement
